Citizens Advice Bureau / Gateshead CLAC
The Citizens Advice Bureau and Community Legal Advice Centre have long provided essential services to those who need advice and information on a wide range of issues. An exciting new Advice Centre being built in the heart of Gateshead means the two organisations will be working together to provide a one stop shop for both legal and general advice services. As part of the Design Council’s Designing Demand project JUMP was selected from a tender process and has been working with them to develop a new identity for the Centre. The solution incorporates the two recognisable national brands whilst still presenting a new and fresh face to the community.
To date we have implemented the brand across a range of stationery materials and in house documents as well as branding a PR event held at the Gateshead Council Civic Centre. We are currently working on a series of promotional campaigns to promote the new Advice Centre and to encourage new audiences to use its services.
