"The Peace of Paper" is a creative writing project developed by members of The New Creatives, a writing group based at The Literary & Philosophical Society (Lit & Phil) library, Newcastle. The project was funded by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA), the North of England Refugee Service and the Heritage Lottery Fund.

JUMP was commissioned to produce a comprehensive anthology of the group's work, as well as an accompanying teacher's pack and microsite.
