When the clients came to JUMP with their vision, we couldn’t wait to work on a new name, brand, website and portal that would deliver on these exciting plans and position them as the best activities hub to streamline people’s lives.

A brand that characterises being a Doddle

Given the dual nature of Doddle being for both ‘customers’ and ‘clubs’, we wanted something that would really appeal to all audiences. We first came up with a simple but effective name that represented everything the brand stood for: making life more of a Doddle. We then translated this across the whole brand, offering an easy and trusted platform that at its core is here to help and make life better. Its energetic personality is showcased through lively colours, shapes and language, offering an instantly familiar feel for users.

It was no good doing this unless we could deliver, though. When it came to the website and portal, we knew usability must be the best it could be in order for Doddle to be truly successful. It would have to offer easy, quick and stress-free functionality for every user in a personalised way. With this in place, as well as a strong focus on UX and content connecting everything together, we ensured every user journey delivered on Doddle’s promise to make life easier for all.
