    Built for your business's needs

It’s non-negotiable that digitalisation is the new normal for every individual and business. Running your business solely with older processes not only hinders you from moving forward, but can push you back beyond repair. Older processes like paperwork and non-integrated approaches or rigid off-the-shelf portals and intranets are not always sufficient for a dynamic business to succeed. A bespoke development solution can be the missing piece.

    What is bespoke development?

Bespoke development websites or software are created around your business’s workflow and needs. Replacing inefficient processes with more reliable systems, reducing risk, enhancing security, and improving productivity overnight. JUMP’s development team develops more than just websites, but systems that solve problems and keep businesses ahead.

    Development for any niche needs

Depending on a business's purpose, each bespoke build looks different to the next. Bespoke development projects could be staff portals for large organisations, more interactive features on a creative website, ticket booking systems, property management platforms, interactive mapping, inventory management for retail, invoicing systems, or any other dynamic solution for your operational requirements. Each feature is constructed around your needs, no matter how niche.

JUMP becomes part of your team to gain a deep understanding of the problems, challenges, and possible solutions we can provide with a bespoke development solution.

A business investment for security, efficiency, and continuity

A great example of JUMP’s bespoke development is our work with 3Dental. 3Dental was running its 3D printing business manually on a spreadsheet. Customer orders, dental files, and invoicing needed to be linked to the manufacturing materials, machinery, technicians, and aftercare treatment plans. We transformed the business process by creating an all-in-one system beyond their vision. The holistic platform seamlessly ran all their data, and spreadsheets were replaced with a fully integrated system. This not only streamlined internal workflows but also strengthened security, provided backup data and business continuity.

    Supporting unique user experiences

For websites that apply to multiple audiences, like an internal and external audience, bespoke development is best suited. We can construct differing user journeys and functions for a login or specific URL system for each audience. Our work with Kiku demonstrates this.

Kiku reached out to JUMP with a specific request in need of therapist software, uniquely both user-facing and a solution for therapists to manage their practice.

We built a bespoke outcome that allowed those seeking therapy to browse through professionals' profiles and book appointments with ease. On the reverse side of the site was a login system and internal user interface for therapists to manage bookings and client information, with data securely protected. A calm functionality and design encompassed across both sides of the website suited to Kiku’s branding, which we also founded.

Systems built for your business and customers

Bespoke development can also work well for ecommerce as seen in our work with Ecological Building Systems. In this case, we built a multi-storefront ecommerce platform capable of supporting expansion into multiple regions. A fully custom system was developed with advanced systems such as a delivery calculator for determining postage costs dynamically based upon the shopping cart's contents and its target location. The platform also allows intelligent, automatic, grouping of recommended products. This resulted in a powerful, scalable platform that significantly increased online sales and supported long-term growth.

Replication of popular features customised on a website

Another example to showcase bespoke development is our work with Jan Foster Estates.
The estate agents wanted something that made them be seen as an authoritative figure in the estate space, and they wanted their website to be a one-stop shop for both individuals looking for properties and those selling or renting properties.

They needed something less clunky and more user-friendly than their current system. We built a bespoke property website that reflected their brand and processes. The website integrated with their Vebra Alto system, allowing seamless property management across multiple platforms. A custom Mapbox-powered map enables users to filter properties with precision, similar to popular apps like Rightmove.

This improved engagement as the user experience became streamlined, and the audiences were able to interact and remember their experience with Jan Forster Estates.

Collaborative effort to achieve the right fit, every time

Our previous work within bespoke development shows how much solutions can be tailored and how unique each outcome can be. From operational platforms like 3Dental that improve internal workflows, to systems like Kiku’s that balance experience and functionality to varied audiences, to scalable ecommerce solutions for Ecological Building Systems and tailored property platforms for Jan Forster.

No two systems are the same, but provide a multitude of benefits to each business.

To attain the most seamless results case-by-case, communication is key, which is why we value our partnerships and integrate ourselves into the team, to ensure we are solving each problem and thinking as dynamically as possible.

    Built to adapt and evolve

A simple way to understand bespoke development is to compare it to a fitted yet adjustable wardrobe. A standard wardrobe may seem suitable, but it rarely fits your space properly and often leaves gaps or limitations. If you want to add shelf spaces or drawers, trying to adjust can weaken the structure, and it will then not function well or just crash to the ground. A bespoke fitted solution is designed specifically for your space, with every shelf and section built to suit your needs, working seamlessly from the start, whilst also allowing easy expansion as a business grows.

    Kickstarting business growth

Bespoke development is not just about building a website or software; it has specific aims to solve or enhance business challenges. It streamlines operations, improves efficiency and ensures future advancement. The seamless integration is founded through clear communication, collaboration and expertise. We aim not only to solve businesses’ digital issues but also to establish strong fundamentals to exceed future goals.
